Our smart home company, "Smart Home Swiss", has already delivered many major projects with its smart home products Amika (smart home control hub), Energio (energy data concentrator) and Porto (IP video intercom system).

Project scope: 120 apartments
Smart home solutions:
Project description: Intelligent development with two residential towers; focus on smart home control, energy metering and connectivity.
Highlights: The Amika touch panel centrally controls lighting, ventilation and door communication in each apartment. Over 600 measuring points for precise energy monitoring make energy consumption transparent and optimisable for residents. Property management can efficiently send residents notifications with relevant information via the Amika panel.

Project description: Modern, comfortable development with a focus on intelligent and sustainable digital infrastructure.
Highlights: IP-based door communication with a modern HD video intercom system and secure access solution. Intelligent building and apartment automation for smart home control. Flexibly expandable system architecture for integrating additional smart home and building technology systems.

Smart home solutions:
Project description: Transformation of a historic cellulose industrial site into a sustainable district. One of Switzerland’s largest site developments, with around 1,200 apartments as well as commercial, service, gastronomy and leisure areas, plus generous recreational spaces. Historic building fabric is preserved and combined with modern architecture, including smart home features and modern access control.
Highlights: Smart home control, high-quality IP-based HD video intercom systems and secure access solution; expandable to include additional intelligent building technology and energy management systems, supporting long-term investment security.

Project description: Sustainable replacement new-build of a 1960s office building, now fitted out with high-quality rental apartments to the Minergie-ECO standard, as well as smart home features and modern access control.
Highlights: Intelligent apartment automation via smart home control, high-quality IP-based HD video intercom systems and secure access solution; expandable to include additional intelligent building technology and energy management systems, supporting long-term investment security.
